What is it, what's in it? This product is an extremely bio-available Magnesium Bis-Glycinate created to help calm the body and support sleep. Each capsule contains about 150mg of Bio-Available Magnesium.

How do I use it? For the best results, take Magnesium Bis-Glycinate in the late afternoon, with dinner, between dinner and bed, and before bed. We recommend taking one capsule at a time and setting an alarm for one hour to take a second if you need it.
What can I expect when using this product? Most of the feedback on this product is around the support it gives for anxiety, depression, sleep, gut issues, and more.
Are there any WARNINGS for this product? Too much total magnesium or too much magnesium at once can put you on the toilet, so ensure you work your way up to more magnesium. We need five times our body weight in milligrams of magnesium every day, so multiply your weight by five, and that's how many Mg of Magnesium you need spread throughout the day. 10 times your body weight if doing it in KG.
How do I store this product? What is its shelf life? We keep this product in the cupboard with other products that don't need to be refrigerated. We recommend using it within 12 months of opening it.
