If I'm confused about what or when to take. I check out the description at the modernrootslife website. It's super helpful. You may have seen the tab on this forum with "The Herbal flush"? It has a schedule too.

How I do it.

First thing in the morning drink my water. Let that go down.

Herbal flush with some juice. I wait like 10-15 min (while I make breakfast).

Adrenal flush a bit before meals. Wait 10-15 min (while I make breakfast).

Breakfast

Recuperate, cayenne, microfiber, beef liver is after food 15-30 min or so.
