How do I use it? Start with taking 1 capsule for breakfast and 1 capsule for lunch and work up to 2 capsules with each, but always take 1 capsule and set an alarm for an hour to take the second capsule if possible. Are there any WARNINGS for this product? Too much total magnesium or too much magnesium at once can put you on the toilet, so ensure you work your way up to more magnesium. We need five times our body weight in milligrams of magnesium every day, so multiply your weight by five, and that's how many Mg of Magnesium you need spread throughout the day. 10 times your body weight if doing it in KG.
How do I store this product? What is its shelf life? We keep this product in the cupboard with other products that don't need to be refrigerated. We recommend using it within 12 months of opening it.
